This mural 'Woman and Child' is located in the  Small (teaching) Pool  at the Milton Road Baths.  It was created in 1987 by Andy Rogers and Nick Drew and was funded by Thamesdown Borough Council.  This teaching pool was originally the women's and children's pool (men used the larger pool) so this is a nice nod back to the pool's origins.

These photographs were taken 30 years after it was painted and considering the damp conditions it has been in for much of its life, it looks to be in good condition.

The teaching pool has been closed for many years (awaiting repair) and we were only able to view the mural through a window in a door at the opposite end of the pool so we were unable to photograph much detail.
