This tomb is found in the north transept.   The names are unknown (not even John Aubrey in the 1600s could name them), but the visitors notes (available at the church) states: "The figures probably represent Hugh le Despenser, the last justiciary, who was killed at Evesham in 1265, and Aliva daughter and heiress of Sir Philip Bassett of Wycombe who was buried at Stanley in 1271.   Aliva, who was known as 'The Countess Marshall' afterwards married Sir Roger Bigod, fifth earl of Norfolk, by whom she had no issue.   Note the dexter handclasp, denoting an heiress.   Aliva held Winterbourne Bassett for life only."
