The photograph is rather unclear, so here is a transcription.

To the memory of Florence Darell daughter
of H. J. Leavitt of New York.  Born at Torquay 12th
November 1873 Died 2nd June 1931.  She received
the Medaille de la Reine Elizabette for her
services to the Belgians in the Great War.
The perfect wife of Lt. Colonel Harry Francis
Darell D.S.O., J.P. for the county of Wilts who
served in the Rifle Brigade in the N.W. frontier war of 1897
commanded the 16th St. Pancras Battn. the Rifle
Brigade in the Great War from April 1915 to July 1917 and
received the D.S.O. for gallentry in action at the Battle of
the Somme 1916 and a sword of honour from the citizens of
St. Pancras - was born the son of Edward Darell at Fretherne
Glos. 18th Aug 1872 and died 20th July 1934.
Near this Darell Chapel their ashes lie.
