Murals at Cambria Bridge, Swindon, Wiltshire



This mural on the side of Cambria Bridge in Swindon has had at least three incarnations - the original Ken White dated circa.1980, the 'Happy Wall' of 2001 and the current time travel theme in 2015.  On this page we also have some photographs of the re-rendering of the wall in 2015 followed by a few of the artists creating their new design.

The original, by Ken White, was themed on Swindon's history - the Wilts and Berks canal ran under Cambria Bridge so scenes depicting the canal when in use are very fitting.  Sadly we do not have any photographs of the mural but there are numerous available to see on Flickr.com and here are links to some:
