The church at West Overton is a beautiful building set in beautiful Wiltshire countryside.   It was difficult for us to photograph due to it having trees growing close by;   to be far enough away for the church to fit into the photograph means the trees obscure most of it!

A brief guide/history of the church and village is available inside the church.   It states the church registers go back as far as 1682, giving both Overton and Fyfield entries until 1732 when each church had their own registers.
