Church of St. Thomas, East Shefford, Berkshire, England

The church of St. Thomas is now under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust.  The day we visited there was a flower festival taking place and they were absolutely beautiful - not only to look at but their scent had filled the church.

If you should visit the church, you'll need to leave your car nearby and walk the last part along a lane.  Because we slightly stuggled to find this we have a few photographs of the area to park and pictures of the beautiful estate that you walk through to help you along your way.  Also, see a map at:  GoogleMaps.

The building is a Grade I listed building - more information about the listing can be found at the  Historic England  website.

More information about the church and the CCT can be found at the  Churches Conservation Trust  website and another account of a visit can be read at:  Britain Express.
