Blunsdon lies between Swindon and Highworth in Wiltshire.  It is rather picturesque and feels rural despite being so close to the ever expanding Swindon.

Blunsdon has areas within or adjacent to it but we do not know where one area ends and the next begins and even when we think we know, something written somewhere else says otherwise!  So, for our ease, we have called everything Blunsdon except St. Leonard's church because we know that is in Broad Blunsdon.  Names we have found are Blunsdon, Lower Blunsdon, Bury Blunsdon, Broad Blunsdon and Blunsdon Gay.  Also, just across the road, is Blunsdon St. Andrew, also known as Little Blunsdon.
