Unfortunately our photograph of this memorial is blurred.   We had taken a few close-up shots too and have attempted a transcription (see below).   John Aubrey's Wiltshire Collections book also has a transcription of the memorial, which you can see at   Aubrey Text (page 370).   There are quite a few differences between ours and Aubrey's transcription - namely spellings of names and dates - and for the few words we could not read from the photograph we have used Aubrey's word(s).

year MDCXXXIX, & Mary now liveing
He maryed to his 2nd wife Thomazine one of
ye Daughters & Coheir of George Dethicke
of Grey’s Inne Esq: eldest son of Sir William
Dethicke Kt. alias Garter Principall King at
Armes by Whom he had Issue Thomas
Benet Esq his only son and Heir and
Thomazine a daughter that dyed young.
