Upper Mintey is about 12 miles east of Swindon and, as the name suggests, is close to Minety.   The parish church for Minety is called St. Leonards, and is located in Upper Minety.

Although the church is kept locked, we could see this stained glass window and memorial through a clear window, so took the opportunity of taking a photograph.   As you can see, the quality is not too good as the flash on the camera reflected on the glass.
