"To the glory of GOD and in memory of John Elton Mervyn, son of Rev: John Mervyn Prower of Purton House - J.P.D.L., late of 67th Regiment died May 12 1882 aged 70.   'Grant us Thy Peace.'   These three Windows are erected by his widow & five surviving children 1883."
