John Aubrey travelled around Wiltshire in the 1660s, visiting churches, taking notes as he went.   They were eventually published in the 1880s.

The original print area is approximately 15cm wide.   Depending on the size of your screen, the clarity of the text may have deteriorated.

John Aubrey died before was able to research and publish his notes.   Some two hundred years later John Jackson undertook this task, and below are his corrections and updated information.
